These Terms of Service govern your use of the Afloat service provided by Landing Inc. (“Company”). By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These Terms take effect upon posting on the Service. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law, and will notify Users of any material changes in advance.
The Company strives to provide stable services. However, service may be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance, failures, force majeure, or other unavoidable circumstances.
Users must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and any guidelines provided by the Company. Users must not engage in activities that infringe upon the rights of others or interfere with the operation of the Service.
The Company shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, force majeure, or User fault. Users are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of AI-generated outputs.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at the Company’s principal place of business.
